TUCSON, AZ – David Connor has purchased a 48,886 square foot vacant parcel of land located at 3651 E. Gas Road, Tucson, AZ in the Butterfield Business Center for DC Concrete Offices and Storage Yards. The purchase price was $188,660.00 ($3.86 PSF) and the transaction closed on June 10, 2022.
