Deva Powell, Senior Project Manager and Studio Lead, triARC architecture & design

PHOENIX, AZ – triARC architecture & design announces the addition of Deva Powell as a Senior Project Manager and Studio Lead.

“We look forward to expanding the depth of experience as we continue to grow our healthcare studio,” said Marlene Seitz, Partner and founding member of triARC.

Powell, formerly with HKS, has 10 years of experience in the healthcare design industry. Her resume includes some of the major healthcare institutions in the Valley: Banner Health, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s, Scottsdale Healthcare, SimonMed Imaging and Arizona Heart Hospital. Other notable projects include the Barrow Neurological Institute, Salt River Fields at Talking Stick and Camelback Ranch spring training facility.

“I am excited to apply my skill sets to a new client base and project profile while expanding the triARC healthcare studio,” Powell said. “Joining triARC provides me with a different perspective that could only be provided by Jill and Marlene, two down-to-earth, business savvy architects. I look forward to being an integral member of the leadership team at triARC.”
