EHS Restoration at Feed My Starving Children

MESA, ARIZ. (July 10, 2024) – EHS Restoration prides itself on being Arizona’s leading water damage, fire damage, natural disaster clean-up, and mold remediation firm. Founded in 2008, it also embraces a dedicated philanthropic mission as a supportive community member.

EHS Restoration leadership and employees take part in supporting non-profit and charitable organizations such as the Feed My Starving Children, the Vitalant Blood Donation Drive, Arizona Burn Foundation, Aris Foundation Food Drive, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospitals, and Phoenix Children’s Hospitals.

“There are people and organizations in the Valley that need the business community to step and volunteer their time and services,” said EHS Restoration Marketing Manager Abby Vallelonga. “Philanthropy is a big part of our company culture. That culture begins with our leadership and is embraced by the rest of the employees. We are very proud that our commitment to giving back is year-round.”

Vallelonga added that EHS Restoration professionals are currently working with several families whose residences have been devastated by fires.

“A residential fire is personal, traumatic, and emotional,” Vallelonga said. “It is also very costly. “Our teams do their best to make the restoration process as smooth as possible.”

EHS Restoration philanthropic initiatives:

  • Feed My Starving Children: Assisting in packing more than 10,000 meals to help feed families and children worldwide.
  • Vitalant Blood Donation Drive: Teaming with RealManage to hold a blood donation drive utilizing the services of Vitalant Blood Donation.
  • Arizona Burn Foundation: Aiding the Arizona Burn Foundation team in its efforts to help those affected by burn injuries. As a company that has seen the effects of devastating fires and burns, EHS Restoration supports this organization.
  • Aris Foundation Food Drive: Teaming with its clients to collect food donations. Vallelonga recently filled her trunk and back seat with donations from 10 local companies.

At the end of July, Vallelonga said EHS Restoration will assist Aris Foundation in hosting a dinner for more than 250 homeless families in Tempe. Through Packages From Home, EHS Restoration employees will also be packing care baskets/packages for those actively deployed in the U.S. military overseas.

“As a veteran-owned business, we are excited for the chance to support this organization,” Vallelonga said.

EHS Restoration, which celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2023, is Arizona’s primary restoration company to partner beyond state lines when natural disasters such as hurricanes and wildfires wreak havoc across the country.

Its highly trained catastrophe response team jumps into action multiple times yearly to provide emergency relief to states such as California, Florida, Louisiana, Virginia, Oregon, and Texas when they are exposed to substantial fire, water, storm, and ice damage from natural disasters.
