This week it closed on the remaining 5 finished lots there for $154,000 ($30,800 per lot). Over this two-year period, the builder has sold 37 homes and has only 15 lots remaining to be built here, including these final five.

The seller was Shannon Business Park, LLC and Palice Shannon Investments, LLC (Paul Baker, manager).
