TUCSON, AZ (July 15, 2025) – Following the overwhelming success of its debut event on June 28, the Food Truck Roll Up is rolling back into town. Tucson Foodie is excited to announce the next event will be held Saturday, July 19, followed by another on August 9, and continuing the first Thursday of each month through the end of 2025.
This free, community-friendly gathering showcases a rotating lineup of Tucson’s favorite food trucks, blending returning favorites with fresh newcomers. Festivities kick off at 7 PM at Casino Del Sol’s AVA Amphitheater, located at 5655 W. Valencia Rd.
Come hungry and ready to explore Tucson’s vibrant mobile food scene in one of the city’s premier entertainment venues.
