Nam Le Nguyen, Inc. (Dr. Nam Le Nguyen, president) of Tucson purchased the former Wingers Diner at 5523 E Grant Road in Tucson for redevelopment for La Cholla Dental practice. The property commanded a sale price of $470,000 ($159.75 PSF) and consists of a 2,942-square-foot building (built 1996) on approximately 28,286-square-feet of land northeast of Craycroft and Grant Roads.

The exterior of the building reflects the original use of the building as a Wingers Diner, while the interior underwent extensive renovations in 2004 transforming it into a hair salon for tenant, Images Salon and Spa. The construction is block frame with steel, wood and stucco exterior including the main entry along the south elevation of the building.

It has a waiting area and reception counter and a number of hair styling stations, two massage treatment rooms, an office, storage room and two ADA compliant bathrooms along the east end of the building. The facility features high quality finishes.

The buyer purchased the property for business expansion after renovating it into a dental office. This will be the second office in town for La Cholla Dental. The other office is at 2040 W Orange Grove Rd, Ste 160 in Tucson.

The buyer was represented by Arch Real Estate, a relatively new commercial/residential real estate firm in Tucson, rebranded about a year ago by Jodie Birch, a Tucson native with 20-years of real estate experience. Birch represented the buyer in the transaction.
