Former Federico’s Restaurant Sells for $354 PSF

The sale of the former Federico’s Restaurant with drive-thru at 820 N. 54^th Street, in Chandler, Arizona recently recorded. A 2,858-square-foot free standing, the restaurant with drive-thru building is located on the northwest corner of North 54th St. & West Harrison St. in Chandler.

The property sold to Fairway Colima AZ One, LLC. The seller was AR-PI Chandler, LLC. The sales price was $1,012 million which equates to $354.00 per square-foot, turn-key and fully fixturized.
