McMahon Sells for $5M to be Rebranded Synergy Plaza

A local investment group formed by Kristian Gose, Synergy Plaza LLC, purchased the former McMahon Plaza in Tucson. Located at 2941-2959 N Swan Road and 4626-4646 E Fort Lowell Road, the property sold in an REO sale from Western Alliance Bank for $5 million ($106.53 PSF).

The 46,933-square-foot mixed-use property includes office, retail and restaurant space. The project will be rebranded as “Synergy Place”.

The former McMahon’s Prime Steakhouse restaurant will be converted into office use, and the other on-site office buildings are to remain as such.

Cushman & Wakefield | Picor will manage the property for the new owners.
