PHOENIX, AZ (July 16, 2024) – Haydon, a leading full-service general contractor serving the Southwest for over three decades, has appointed Skyler Roussel as Director of Business Development. Roussel, who joined Haydon in 2018 and previously served as project director, brings a deep-rooted passion for construction and community impact to his new role.

Coming from a large family of nine children, Roussel’s early experience in framing houses ignited his passion for hands-on work and community impact. He sees civil and commercial contracting as foundational to community development, providing essential infrastructure like water, sewer, gas, roads, and buildings.

Outside his professional endeavors, Roussel, married with three sons, pursues a passion for extreme sports, including snowboarding, skateboarding, boogie boarding, electronic longboarding, and surfing. An avid outdoors enthusiast, he enjoys activities such as camping, hunting, hiking, coaching football, and indulging his interests in food and travel.
