Hubbard Broadcasting To Consolidate and Relocate Phoenix Operations
PHOENIX, AZ – Cushman & Wakefield announced Friday the consolidation and relocation of the Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa operations for Hubbard Radio. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the company’s purchase of land in Tempe for the construction of a new build-to-suit Hubbard Radio Phoenix headquarters facility. Cushman & Wakefield has been hired by Hubbard to handle the marketing and sale of two existing locations involved in the facility consolidation plan.
Vice Chairman Larry Downey, Executive Director David Brown and Associate Curtis Chickerneo represented Hubbard Broadcasting in its Metro Phoenix real estate needs. Downey and Chickerneo are located in the Phoenix office, and Brown is based in Minneapolis.
Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. is an American television and radio broadcasting corporation based in Minneapolis. The company operates stations in nine states and also owns satellite and cable networks. The new, two-story, 28,000-square-foot building at 1120 N. 52nd St. will house all five of Hubbard Radio’s local stations, including 98 KUPD, 93.3 FM, KSLX 100.7 FM, NBC Sports 1060 AM and 440AM. The building construction project is well underway and will be completed in spring 2016. The building will feature an outdoor deck and performance promenade for visiting artists and will house video studios as well.
