BreezeWays, Inc. of Tucson (Phillip English, president/CEO) purchased the 3,840 sq. ft. and finished mezzanine for a total of 4,542 sq. ft. at 500 East 25th Street in Tucson for $160,000 ($35 PSF). The property is air conditioned in the offices and evap. cooled in the warehouse with also a gas furnace. 12’x14’ roll up door in rear and 16’ ceiling, the building is a block construction industrial condo (built 1984) with a small approximately 2,500 sq. ft. fenced yard on 7,200 sq. ft. lot.

Desert Property, LLC of Tucson (Lee Hapa, managing member) paid $445,000 ($51 PSF) for the 8,750 sq. ft. building at 7291 S Comstock Place in Tucson. Built in 1998, on a 44,102 sq. ft. lot, zoned CI-1.

HAC Rentals acquired the property at 5318-5326 S Old Nogales Hwy in Tucson for $135,000 ($45 PSF). The 3,000 sq. ft. warehouse is of metal construction (built 1986) with a fenced yard on an 11,073 sq. ft. lot, zoned C-2. The seller Overland Cable Services, Inc. of Tucson was no longer in business and had vacated the property when it sold.
