TUCSON, ARIZONA, September 27, 2022 – The industrial property at 4421 N Romero Road in Tucson sold for $1 Million ($171 PSF).

The 5,833 square-feet in two buildings on 2.07 acres was constructed in 1982 and 1998.

The seller occupied it dba Ecosphere Associates and the buyer will do the same, using it for cabinet making to rehab kitchens in some of buyer’s many apartment buildings.

Mike Hennessy with Burris Hennessy sold the property originally to the sellers, Concordia Group, LLC, Fred Pace and David Parnell in 2002 for $615,000. It was originally a 1,333 square-foot SFR (built 1982) that was expanded with a 4,500 square-foot metal warehouse building (built 1998). Ecosphere Associates, a hobby supplies business / industry occupied it until it sold recently. The company has been operating for approximately 37 years. Ecosphere Associates employed approximately 13 people at this single location. The business was later transferred to Dan Harmony, as owner.
