PHOENIX, ARIZONA (Dec. 10, 2024) – With more than 40 years of property management experience and leadership roles in the industry, Kathryn Rhinehart, CPM, RPA, LEED GA, joins NAI Horizon as Senior Property Manager.
Rhinehart, President of the BOMA Greater Phoenix chapter in 2024 and 2025, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of NAI Horizon’s real estate assets. She joins NAI Horizon after 3 years at Mode Commercial Management, where she managed medical, office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Arizona.

Rhinehart’s property management experience includes 18 years in the San Francisco Bay area and 22 years in Arizona. “After 40 years in the industry, I still have a strong passion for property management,” said Rhinehart, whose industry organization experience is just as impressive.
Rhinehart has been a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Greater Phoenix since 2003. She has served as President in 2024, and will do so again in 2025. She was Vice President in 2022 and 2023. Rhinehart has served on the BOMA Greater Phoenix Board of Directors for 7 years.
Over the years Rhinehart has worked on numerous BOMA Greater Phoenix committees. She is also a certified education instructor. She was a TOBY International Building judge and TOBY Pacific Southwest Building judge in 2013. Her BOMA Phoenix awards include Service to the Profession, 2022; Positive Attitude, 2021; and Property Manager of the Year, 2020.
Rhinehart was a member of BOMA Silicon Valley from 1987 to 2022. She has been a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Greater Phoenix since 2010 and is a current member of USGBC (United States Green Building Council).
Her past experience includes SPM at Davis Southwest and YAM Properties; VEREIT (Cole), Regional Property Manager; CBRE, Senior Real Estate Manager; and The Plaza Companies, Director.
A native of San Jose, California, Rhinehart enjoys traveling and has been to Europe numerous times. She is a mother to two sons and has two granddaughters. She gives back to the community, volunteering with St. Vincent de Paul in Phoenix and the Arizona Humane Society. One of her pets, Gemma, is an adopted kitten. Jax is the other family cat.
