J.G. Plaza West at Tucson Estates Fetches $1.6 Million

TUCSON, ARIZONA – Clearview CME, a Washington state entity, bought the J.G. Plaza West retail center at 5975 W Western Way Circle in Tucson for $1.6 million ($80 PSF). The property is located at the northwest corner of Kinney Road and Western Way Circle, at the entrance to Tucson Estates.

The 20,072-square-foot building was constructed in 1981 on a 59,667-square-foot lot.

Tucson Estates is a well-established 1,665 lot manufactured home community situated at the edge of the saguaro-studded Tucson Mountain Park, 15 minutes from downtown Tucson.

The property was purchased for investment and buyer plans to renovate it. It closed on January 7, 2022.

It sold 60% occupied with most of the tenants having leased there for ten years more.  Tenants included J.J. Cooper’s Diner, Queen Donuts, Tina’s Country Market, House of Cheng, Top Hat Estate Sales and Desert Optical.
