In Glendale, Lively represented both the landlord and tenant in the renewal of 11,200 square feet at Glendale Blocks, located at 6729 N. 57th Drive, where G57 Sports Grill & Venue renewed its space. The property is owned by Rainbow Investments, LLC.

In Mesa, Lively represented both the landlord and tenant in a 6,077-square-foot lease at Superstition Springs Power Center, 6321 E. Southern Ave., where Sweet Repeats took space. The property is owned by CBR Superstition Holdings, LLC.

In Tempe, Lively represented both the landlord and tenant in a 2,100-square-foot lease at University 101 Shops, 2155 E. University Dr., for Discount Aquarium & Reef. He also represented the landlord in a separate 1,400-square-foot lease at the same center to Styles by Sarah. The property is owned by 2155 E University, LLC.

Together, the transactions highlight Lively’s continued activity in neighborhood and power center leasing across the Valley, with assignments ranging from restaurant and specialty retail renewals to new shop-space deals.
