The property sold to Jarman Aircraft Service Inc, (Randy Jarman, President). The seller was HVS, LLC (Ranjit Singh, Member). The sales price was $600,000, which equates to $72 per square foot. The buyer plans to occupy the building and use it for an aircraft parts salvage business dba Jarman Aircraft Service.
