K2 Electric announces new leadership 

K2 Electric leadership team members – Estimator, Nick Kredit; President, Jared Kredit; Founder, Dean Kredit; and Vice President, Matt Kuiper.

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – K2 Electric (K2), one of the leading commercial electrical contracting companies in the Valley, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jared Kredit to president and Matt Kuiper to vice president. As part of K2’s strategic succession planning, Kredit and Kuiper will continue to position the company for growth, while Founder, Dean Kredit will remain involved in the client management aspect of the business and offer his expertise in providing solutions for clients.

Kredit has been with the company for over 12 years and has served as vice president since 2015, which has prepared him well to lead the company. As president he will focus on the systems and processes for K2 in order to improve operational efficiency, along with pursuing new market sectors and geographic regions.

“K2 has been built on our commitment to operational excellence and our long-standing customer relationships, and I am humbled as I transition into my new role to continue this legacy,” said Kredit, president K2 Electric.

Kuiper has brought a high level of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to K2 for the past 17 years; as vice president he will oversee all construction related activity as well as manage the entire construction team. He will leverage this team’s unique talents to focus on growing specific areas of the business. Also, working closely with Kredit he will take on additional leadership responsibilities allowing Kredit to focus on vision and growth strategy for K2.

Additionally, Estimator, Nick Kredit has been a part of this team supporting the growth and strategic changes at K2. He will be working to put more focus on managing their long-standing client relationships and developing new work for K2.
