KB Home Purchases 19-Acres in the Catalina Area for Wildflower Reserve
TUCSON, ARIZONA (June 23, 2023) – KB Home closed on 19.07 acres northeast of Oro Valley for a new 91-lot subdivision called Wildflower Reserve.
The purchase price for the acreage was $3,185,000 ($167,000/ acre – $35,000 per tentative lot). The property was zoned with a tentative plat for 91 tentative homesites, sized 40’x120’.
The transaction closed on June 20, 2023.
The Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) issued an approved Certificate of Assured Water Supply (CAWS) earlier this year.
The seller was Alan Murdock, a licensed broker with Realty Executives who represented himself in the transaction.
Michael Anderson, KB Home VP, Regional Counsel, managed the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the buyer and seller along with Bobbi Raymond at Fidelity National Title.
The property features incredible mountain views of the Pusch Ridge side of the Santa Catalina Mountains, located at the northeast corner of Oracle Road and Golder Ranch Drive in Pima County, which KB Home particularly liked about the property.
