Maui Pasta Company and Diva Lashes, LLC
Scottsdale, AZ – Kent Circle Partners (Scott Seldin, President) announces two new tenants to join the Shops at Gainey Ranch. Maui Pasta Company will occupy 2,590-square-feet, and is slated to open January 3rd. Diva Lashes, LLC has leased 1,252-square-feet, and will open early January.
Maui Pasta Company started in 2012 on Maui, selling pasta made with authentic Durham semolina flour and infused with fresh Maui herbs and flavors. They are opening a Factory Café and Take-Out Restaurant serving fresh pastas, sauces, baked goods, Panini, award-winning dips, and homemade desserts.
Diva Lashes is an eyelash extension lounge currently operating in My Salon Suite. They will be expanding into a stand-alone space in the Shops at Gainey Ranch.
Shops at Gainey Ranch is located at 7704 E. Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale. This 29,970-square-foot retail center is situated on a 3.38-acre site, east of the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa. Current tenants include McKenzie Architectural Kitchens, Anytime Fitness, My Salon Suite, Quail Run Needlework and Wally’s American Pub N’ Grille.
