Knight Management Adds Lindsay Bennett as Business Developer

PHOENIX, AZ — Knight Management, a leading commercial property management firm in Metro Phoenix for nearly 40 years, has hired Lindsay M. Bennett as Business Developer for the firm.

Established in 1977, Knight Management is the longest tenured commercial real estate management firm in Maricopa County exclusively specializing in managing real estate portfolios for third-party clients. The company’s primary objective – to create real estate value through expert management – is achieved by focusing efforts and expertise on the day-to-day demands and intricacies of property management in order to optimize clients’ property performance. Currently the company is responsible for more than 2.6 million square feet of commercial real estate in Greater Phoenix. The company’s management portfolio includes office buildings, retail centers, industrial/warehouse sites, medical buildings, property owner associations and land holdings.

Ms. Bennett will be responsible for new business generation, strategically researching opportunities for the company and networking within the commercial real estate industry to establish new customers. She will actively participate in industry associations and build relationships with professionals in the real estate brokerage and building owner communities.

Ms. Bennett has spent the past seven years as a Personal Banker with MidFirst Bank in Phoenix, which helped build her networking and business development skills in a professional environment. She also brings a background in public relations and event coordination to the company.
