MARANA, ARIZONA – CJT Investments, c/o Gary Heinfeld, CPA, CCIM, sold 5.54 acres at 8705 N Coachline Blvd in Marana for $1.927 million ($8 PSF) to Stack – Marana & Silverbell, LLC c/o Stack Real Estate, a Utah developer.
The buyer plans a mixed-use project of retail and storage on the site.
Located at the northeast corner of Silverbell and Coachline within Continental Ranch, the property is in a Marana zoned F specific plan designation.
The Town of Marana has shown significant growth, leading as the fastest-growing city in Southern Arizona. With the Town’s population now in excess of 50,000 people, the Town of Marana is now designated as an “Entitlement Community”. This affords the Town additional eligibility for certain State and Federal grant monies, and also contributes to the Town receiving larger portions of state-shared revenues, which are traditionally used for services like road maintenance as well as asset management.
