Sale Transactions:
John Filli negotiated the sale of 211.512 acres, representing the seller, Magnum Estates, LLC, for $6.768 million. Chris Gerow, Gabe Ortega and Shelby Tworek negotiated the sale of 5.95 acres, representing the seller, JEG Fit 43rd Ave. & I-10 Partners, LLC, for $1.6 million.
