TUCSON, ARIZONA – West Coast Capital Partners bought the vacant building at 3700 E Fort Lowell in Tucson for $1.325 million ($73 PSF). The 18,210-square-foot building was built in 1990 and most recently occupied by a Circus Furniture store after it was used as a California Design Center. The building had extensive vandalism to it while sitting vacant.

The 1.3-acre lot is located at the southwest corner of Dodge and Fort Lowell and the building includes a receiving/warehouse area with 10′ grade level roll up door, a showroom, five offices, bullpen, break area and four restrooms, with signage. There are also 55 parking spaces.

The buyer plans to convert the building to a medical facility for El Rio Health.
