TUCSON, Ariz. (August 27, 2025) – Larsen Baker is pleased to announce the successful sale of 2090 and 2096 N. Kolb Road, a two-building office complex known as Kolb Office Park. The property sold for $3,531,000 ($163 per square foot).

Kolb Office Park comprises two well-maintained, multi-tenant office buildings totaling over 21,600 square feet. Situated in a high-visibility location along Kolb Road just north of Broadway Boulevard, the complex offers convenient access to Tucson’s eastside business corridor, major retailers, restaurants, and residential neighborhoods.

The seller, Kolb Office Park, LLC, was represented by Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker. The buyer, Camino Kolb Norte, LLC, of Phoenix, was represented by Matthew Wright and Rick Euble with Realty One Group in Phoenix. The buyer, a tenant in the complex before the sale, will now expand into the vacant space.
