Larsen Baker Nears Completion of Sol Bloc on Sunshine Mile and Shares Coveted Batch of Lease Renewals

Tucson, AZ, (July 1, 2024) – Larsen Baker is pleased to announce 7 leases totaling 10,413 sf recently completed and leaving only three spaces left at the Rio Nuevo Sunshine Mile redevelopment project. They are as follows:

  •  Neptune Up has leased 814 sf, the space will be used as a health consultation office offering gravity colon hydrotherapy, nutrition, detox and juice cleansing consultation services.
  •  Lemon Nails leased 975 sf, the space will be used as a nail salon.
  •  Pints, LLC leased 1,100 sf, the space will be used as office.
  •  How Sweet It Was Vintage leased 1,402 sf, the space will be used as a vintage clothing shop buying and selling vintage clothes and related products.
  •  The Scented Leaf leased 1,668 sf of the last restaurant space; the space will be used as a teahouse.
  •  Revolve Cycling leased 3,149 sf, the space will be used as a cycling spin studio also offering yoga weights and other related services.
  •  Finch Kids leased 1,305 sf, the space will be used as a children’s retail boutique for new and upcycled clothing and accessories.
