Located on the Tucson Medical Center medical park south of Grant across from the hospital, the one-story 2,280-sqaure-foot building sold for $355,000 ($156 PSF). This transaction closed December 7, 2022.
The buyer purchased the building as an owner user and plans to occupy the entire building.
