Larsen Baker Sells Retail Building at Speedway and Swan

Tucson, AZ. – (August 7, 2024) –Larsen Baker is pleased to announce the sale of 4660-4668 E Speedway Blvd., the commercial building on the southwest corner of Speedway and Swan, to investors.

The 6,613-square-foot building sold for $700,000 ($106 PSF) and sold vacant.

The buyer, Zain Investments, LLC, purchased the building with plans to renovate it and continue leasing it as a retail building.

The seller, Speedway Swan Investors, LLC, an affiliate of Larsen Baker, was represented by Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, who handled the transaction.
