Tucson, AZ, December 5, 2022 - Larsen Baker is pleased to announce 20,400 sf of new lease activity at the Silverbell Flex Center at Silverbell north of Grant. The leasing team at Larsen Baker helped close deals with 11 new tenants for the center all within a short 3 month period since taking over leasing and management in September.
The Flex Center proved to be ready to for stabilization as the demand for flex space with retail/office storefront and warehouse with roll-up doors in the back is at an all time high, with very little supply in the west side submarket. The project consists of four 7,200 sf buildings each consisting of six 1,200 sf bays that can be combined to larger suites. The three buildings in the back, Buildings 2, 3, and 4, offer roll-up doors in back if needed. The front building, building 1, is slated for retail offering the most prominent storefront and a north endcap with drive-thru for restaurant use.
Currently, the remaining space available consists of 1,200 sf suites up to 3,600 sf in Building 1 which includes the drive-thru endcap, up to 2,400 sf in Building 4 which has the option for roll-up in back, and two 1,200 sf suites in Building 3, one of which already has roll-up with small office build-out in front.
