Tucson, Arizona - Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that CupBop and Flicko’s are coming to Crossroads Festival located at 4811 E Grant Rd. CupBop, a fast casual restaurant serving Korean BBQ in a cup leased 1,454-square-feet in the former Starbucks space, suite 113. Cheng Media Service LLC, dba Flicko’s Video, that offers services including converting VHS tapes to DVD, leased 1,574-square-feet of office space in suite 259.
These two leases took up the last vacancies at the Crossroads which is now 100% leased. Crossroads Festival includes 34 stores at 4811 E. Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona. Located at Craycroft and Grant Roads. The center is anchored by Fry's Food Store, Bed Bath & Beyond and Road House Cinema.
