PHOENIX, AZ – A 14,728-square-foot warehouse building at 4200 E. Broadway Rd., Phoenix, sold for $1.65 million ($112.10 PSF).

Lee Associates Arizona brought both sides of the deal to the table. Matt Hobaica, SIOR, Principal, represented the buyer, KJB Supply Co., while Jeff Conrad and Andy Ogan, Principals, represented the seller, John & Barbara Dadam Family Trust.

KJB Supply, dba Big D Floor Covering Supplies, is a Phoenix-based floor covering and home furnishings company. “East Broadway Rd. has attracted several fl ooring companies and was a logical choice for Big D to locate to,” said Hobaica.
