Lee & Associates of Arizona sells Fortuna Commons, Yuma Arizona for $4.2 Million

YUMA, Ariz. – Lee & Associates announced that it has arranged a $4.2 million ($273 PSF) sale of Fortuna Commons, a 15,400-square-foot daily needs Grocery anchored shopping center located in Yuma, Arizona.

Principal Jan Fincham facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller, FORTUNA COMMONS INVESTMENTS, LLC and the buyer, IPX 1031 Qualified intermediary for CI Rancho II, LLC.

Fortuna Commons is located at Fortuna Road and I-8 in Yuma Arizona. The property features a high sales volume Fry’s Food and Drug store (NAP) and provides health services, medical care, retail, restaurant and Cellular services. The shopping center is home to tenants AT&T, Ocotillo Dental, Yogi’s, Cricket Wireless, Cost Cutters and #1 nails. Adjacent tenants at the site include Goodwill, Denny’s, AutoZone and Chase Bank.

Fortuna Commons, including Fry’s Food and Drug, was developed in 2012 by The Brown Group.
