LevRose Commercial Real Estate facilitates $6.1M Tempe industrial acquisition

TEMPE, Ariz. (August 28, 2026) – LevRose Commercial Real Estate announced the successful acquisition of 1401 S. Siesta Lane in Tempe, a ±25,807 SF industrial facility purchased by North Metal & Chemical Co. for $6.1 million ($237 PSF).

North Metal & Chemical Co. acquired the property as part of its continued growth throughout the Metro Phoenix market. Located near Loop 101, the industrial property offers efficient access to regional transportation corridors and features two office areas, 18-foot clear height warehouse space, two truck-well loading doors, two grade-level doors, and a private fenced yard. Constructed in 1997, the tilt-concrete building is designed to support a variety of industrial and manufacturing operations.

The property offers the functionality, yard space, and strategic freeway access needed to support their expanding operations while providing the long-term benefits of ownership. Industrial opportunities of this caliber in Tempe remain highly sought after, making this an excellent fit for their next phase of growth,” Leonard said.
