Maracay continued to build at The Preserve at Dove Mountain IV in Q2, taking down eight finished lots for[mepr-show rules=”58038″]$452,000 ($56,500 per lot) from Miramonte at Dove Mountain. Average lot size runs 6,228 sq. ft. in the Preserve.

Dove Mountain Master planned community is over 6,200 acres of foothills, canyons and mountainside living in the Tortolita Mountains, just north of Tucson, in Marana.
