TUCSON, AZ –Maracay Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its two newest Tucson-area neighborhoods on from Saturday, March 12. Located within the beautiful Tanque Verde region of northeast Tucson, The Ranches and Territory at Santa Catalina will feature 34 homes, collectively. Homes within the Territory at Santa Catalina have been designed to meet LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

While the grand opening event will last from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., prospective buyers are encouraged to attend a neighborhood gathering from noon to 3 p.m. and enjoy a barbeque lunch with refreshments. Visitors also will have a chance to tour Maracay’s new model home and learn about all of the neighborhood amenities, including ranch-style neighborhood entrances, oversized homesites, and immediate access to Mount Lemmon – Tucson’s highest peak and the southernmost ski destination in the United States.

Tucked along the desert foothills of Mount Lemmon, the neighborhoods, separated by approximately two miles, will feature four distinct, single-level FlexDesign® floor plans ranging from 2,607 to 3,412 square feet. The Ranches at Santa Catalina, located just over one-mile north of Catalina Highway on Harrison Road, offers 24 spacious 1/2- to 3/4-acre homesites. Meanwhile, Territory at Santa Catalina, located less than a half-mile south of Snyder Road on Bonanza Avenue, features 10 expansive homesites, each covering more than 3/4 of an acre.
