Marana Com Land Sales Bring Two New Projects along I-10

MARANA, ARIZONA – KR – Cortaro & I-10, LLC, an affiliate of Kairoc Development, bought a .88 acre pad at Cortaro & I-10 in Marana for $875,000 ($22.68 PSF) from Silver Cloud Investments of Walnut, California. The buyer is a developer for Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers.

Dave Dutson with NAI Horizon represented the seller in the transaction and Mark Bramlett with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix represented the buyer.

Arizona-based, Circle K Stores bought 1.83 acres at 11403 West Tangerine Road in Marana from Walgreen Arizona Drug Company for $785,000 ($9.87 PSF). The plans had been in process since December for the buyer to complete a 5,187-square-foot Circle K Convenience store with a 1,262-square-foot car wah and 4,104-square-foot fuel canopy on the site.
