PHOENIX, Ariz. (September 3, 2025) – The sale of a 9,141-square-foot office building located at 3001 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona, has been completed for $1,817,200 ($204.70 PSF).
Originally constructed in 1982, the property was partially leased at the time of closing. The buyer was Marblegate Partners LLC, while the seller was Lab Express Inc.
Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction, with Jake Ertle and Nic Chavira serving as lead brokers. Tanner Ramsay of Commercial Properties Inc. represented the seller.
