AVONDALE, Ariz., (Aug. 10, 2026) — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Super Star Car Wash, an 11,662-square-foot net-leased property, for $5.85 million ($502 PSF).

House, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a living trust, and procured the buyer, an Arizona limited liability company.
The property is located at 1607 N. Dysart Rd. Built in 2022, the car wash asset sits on 2.13 acres. The property is occupied by Super Star Car Wash, which operates approximately 118 locations across Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas. The buyer plans to continue operating the property as a car wash facility.
