FARMINGTON, N. M.– Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Slim Chickens, a 2,890-square-foot net-leased property located in Farmington, New Mexico, according to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office.

Zack House, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Matthew Reeves, broker of record in the firm’s New Mexico office, assisted in closing this transaction.

Built in 2021, Slim Chickens is primely located down the road from Animas Valley Mall, the largest shopping center in the Four Corners Region, in a dense retail corridor near The Home Depot, Safeway, Petco, Staples, and Hobby Lobby. The asset is visible to over 38,570 vehicles per day along East Main Street and easily accessible to 46,320 residents within a five-mile radius with an average annual household income of $74,000. Farmington is the largest city in San Juan County and the major industrial and retail hub of the Four Corners region. Slim Chickens is located at 3475 East Main Street in Farmington, New Mexico.
