PHOENIX—The Maricopa County Elections Department updated results today at 5 p.m., and has approximately 104,000 ballots left to process for the 2018 General Election. From the Pima County website there appears to be approximately 16,000 ballots left to process.
The remaining ballots are early, provisional and out-of-precinct ballots that voters cast or dropped off on Election Day.
Election officials in Maricopa expect tabulation to continue into the weekend, and will update the results daily at 5 p.m. until all verified votes are counted. In Pima County the results were last updated on Nov. 12th and the remaining ballots will be finished counting once all have been processed.
