Siete Square in Phoenix and 950 E Pecos Road in Chandler
PHOENIX, ARIZONA (April 28, 2025) — Mattress Max, a family-owned mattress retailer offering premium brands at affordable prices, has signed a lease for 1,274 square feet at Siete Square, located at 4139 West Bell Road in Phoenix. Kevin Roessler of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
In a separate deal, Vertica Fitness, operated by MTNR LLC, has leased approximately 2,830 square feet at 950 East Pecos Road in Chandler. Joey Castillo of VOLK Company represented the tenant, while Case, Huff & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord, KWON 950 Pecos, LLC. Vertica Fitness is expected to open in fall 2025.
