Max Benjamin Partners Secures $74.8 Million Construction Loan for Flagstaff Townhome Community

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (October 15, 2026) — Max Benjamin Partners (MBP) has secured a $74.8 million nonrecourse construction loan for Red Oak Development’s Pine Haven, an 83-unit luxury townhome community planned on 13.8 acres in Flagstaff. Initial home sales are expected to begin in late 2027.
Cameron Lind, vice president of MBP, arranged the financing for Red Oak Development.
“We partnered closely with Red Oak for more than a year of entitlement work, design refinement, and underwriting as the project evolved into its final 83‑unit vision,” Lind said. “Amid a shifting lending environment, our team secured a financing solution that met the developer’s needs and positioned the project for successful execution.”
Pine Haven will feature three home collections: Ponderosa, Aspen and Juniper. Each townhome will offer three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage and indoor and outdoor living space.
A central wellness amenity center will include a cold plunge, Spanish cedar sauna and Japanese meditation room. The community’s plans also incorporate access to an extensive public trail system and lighting that meets dark sky standards. Approximately half of the property will remain preserved as forest.
