The former La Cholla Center for Women Imaging was sold to COPE Properties of Tucson for $1.825 million ($202 PSF). The Class A medical office at 5840 N La Cholla Blvd. in Tucson is 9,047-square-feet (built 2003), and was vacant at time of sale. The imaging center, part of Radiology Limited, consolidated into a larger space this past November.

The buyer, COPE Properties, an affiliate of COPE Community Services plans to owner occupy the building. COPE offers outpatient behavioral health services to adults with serious mental illnesses (SMI), general mental health (GMH) issues, and/or substance use issues. COPE Community Services, Inc. (COPE) is a private, nonprofit healthcare organization. COPE creates pathways to better health by offering innovative solutions for behavioral and physical healthcare, wellness, and recovery to individuals and families.  COPE offers comprehensive programs, specialty services, resources, and support to address general mental health and substance abuse issues, serious mental illness, physical healthcare, and wellness concerns.  COPE utilizes an integrated healthcare approach that takes into consideration the body, mind, and spirit connection.

The building is expected be ready for occupancy in 60-90 days after tenant improvements are complete.
