MESA, Arizona – ORION Investment Real Estate recently sold the land site located on the southeast corner of Sossaman and Baseline Road for $250,000 ($5 PSF).
The vacant land in Mesa is located at 7615 East Baseline Road at a signalized intersection. The land is approximately 49,500-square-feet, with approximately 190 feet of frontage on Baseline Road and 460 feet of frontage on Sossaman Road.

"The Buyer plans to build a much needed medical practice for this underserved area, which is a great use for this property. This was excess property for Seller. Seller was excited to see that the Buyer will be building a medical property at this location,” said Miner.
The Seller was Fox Family Business, LLC and Goldfield Medical Clinics, LLC purchased the land.
