Fourplex at 1630 E Adelaide Drive, Tucson, AZ 85719 sold for $325,000 ($81,250 per unit). The seller was the Gary Lee Fugua Trust of Portland, OR, and the investor Russell & Caroline Duff of Tucson. The property is 3,689 sq. ft. (built 1998) on .44 acre. The sale date was 4/1/2013.
