PHOENIX, ARIZONA (August 23, 2023) – NAI Horizon is thrilled to announce the addition of Brenda Reyes as the Client Coordinator supporting two top-producing brokerage professionals in the NAI Horizon Phoenix office.
In her role, Reyes will provide administrative support and transaction and client coordination for Denise Nunez, Executive Managing Director of the Nunez Self-Storage Group, and Jeffrey Garza Walker, MBA, MRED, Executive Vice President, specializing in industrial real estate space, providing advisory and corporate services to clients in the United States and Latin America.
Reyes will work with these team leaders to assist in the organization, prioritization, and execution of the daily workflow. She will help the teams with projects, managing transaction deadlines and critical dates, and ensuring fluid client communication.
“As the Nunez Self Storage Group has and will continue to expand its self-storage brokerage services across the country, Brenda has become an integral part of coordinating NSSG team members; working side by side with team members in an effort to support their individual efforts,” Nunez said. “Brenda is a welcome addition to the team.”
Reyes joins NAI Horizon after serving as a Client Coordinator for CRESA. She supported a team of brokers by creating property and tour surveys and personalized maps. Additionally, she handled the creation of marketing materials for the firm. Before that, Reyes was a referral and eligibility coordinator for Chicanos Por La Causa. She is fluent in Spanish.
“Brenda brings a diverse and capable skill set coupled with complete fluency in Spanish/English. These attributes will support the success and growth of providing portfolio services to clients in the US & Mexico,” Garza Walker said.
Reyes earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Away from the office, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and watching movies.
