NAI Horizon facilitates land sale of 102 acres in Mohave County to RV and storage operator
PHOENIX, ARIZONA (Nov. 2, 2022) – NAI Horizon represented both parties in the $2.5 million sale of 102 acres in Mohave County to the owner of a successful RV and custom storage operation in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
The +/-102.8 acres are situated at the SEC of East Stephens Drive and South Alamo Road in Mohave County.
Senior Vice President John Filli – an industrial, land, and investments sales specialist with NAI Horizon – represented the sellers, AZPRIME LLC, a Nevada limited liability company from Las Vegas (principal David Mulkey) and Mojave HM, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company also from Las Vegas (principal John Mulkey).
Filli also represented the buyer, Canyonbound Storage Management, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company from Lake Havasu City (principal Ryan Rodney).
“In looking back, I must say that this was a most challenging land transaction to complete. It required extensive coordination and cooperation between the buyer, seller, Mohave County, and ADOT, throughout the entire due diligence and rezoning process,” Filli said. “I’m so happy that we were able to get it done.”
Canyonbound Storage Management owns and operates a +/-160-acre RV and custom storage facility in Lake Havasu City.
Art Farmanali, SIOR, with Sun Commercial Real Estate Company in Las Vegas was the referring agent.
