PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- NAI Horizon represented the seller, a Florida-based LLC, in the sale of two mobile home parks in Casa Grande, Arizona, for $4.35 million.
NAI Horizon Manufactured Housing Specialist Andrew Warner represented Casa MHP LLC of Stuart, Florida, in the sale of Casa Mobile Home Ranch, 1409 N. French St., and Embers Mobile Home Park, 1431 N. French St.
The buyer was the Boavida Group of Sacramento, California.
“These communities are relatively older and were in need of improvement. The previous owners had already invested money and time in improving them and have passed the torch to Boavida Group,” Warner said. “It plans on continuing to invest in these communities, fixing the homes, the infrastructure and giving residents housing that is not only affordable but safe.”
Embers MHP comprises 26 units and sits on 2.09 acres. It was built in 1973. The park has historically maintained a vacancy rate of below 5 percent. Three of the units are tenant owned.
Casa Mobile Home Ranch recently underwent $500,000 in improvements. Built in 1961, it comprises 132 units on 13.19 acres.
