NAI Horizon negotiates $6.15M sale of Goodyear RV resort
PHOENIX, AZ — The NAI Horizon team of Russell and Andrew Warner represented the seller in the $6.15 million sale of Destiny Phoenix RV Resort at 416 N. Citrus Rd., in Goodyear.
NAI Horizon represented Destiny-Phoenix West LLC; the buyer was Walter Johnston.
Destiny Phoenix RV Resort features 284 paved RV sites, a heated pool and spa, a convenience store, a clubhouse, and a meeting room.
“Destiny Phoenix is probably the best-located RV in Arizona,” said Russell Warner, a Senior Vice President in Manufactured Housing & Self Storage Investments. “The new owner plans to upgrade the park and make it an even more attractive destination for visitors to the Valley.”
The resort is five minutes west of downtown Goodyear, with easy access to I-10. Amenities in the area include retail centers with shopping and dining. Also in proximity are Goodyear Ballpark, spring training home to the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians, and Phoenix International Raceway, site of two major NASCAR races each year.
