PHOENIX, ARIZONA – NAI Horizon’s Investment Services Group represented Structured REA-3080, LLC (Stephen Doyle, Principal, Structured Real Estate) in the $8.2 million ($353 per SF) disposition sale of 3080 North Civic Center Plaza.

The 23,240-square-foot, multi-tenant, Class-A office property is located in Old Town area of Scottsdale, Arizona, at the SWC of Civic Center Plaza and Earll Drive.

NAI Horizon Executive Vice President Lane Neville, Senior Associate Logan Crum and Agent Cole Neville represented the seller. The buyer, GMCW, LLC (Jason Mitchell, Principal), was represented by Tony Werstler with The Jason Mitchell Group.

“The asset is a very unique and one-of-a-kind office property that was originally built as a church in the late 1940s. The property was completely re-developed by the seller a few years ago and repurposed to high-end office space,” Neville said. “The luxury build-out, high-vaulted ceilings with original wood beams left in place create a breathtaking creative office environment.”

A related entity of the buyer will be leasing about half of the turnkey space.

“The Jason Mitchell Group, the new tenant, was recently touted in the Phoenix Business Journal as No. 1 Residential Real Estate Brokerage team in Arizona.  The property is 100% occupied and has two tenants. The existing tenant in the building is a large publicly-traded, on-line insurance company,” Crum said.

The NAI Horizon Investment Services Group specializes in the sale and valuation of office and retail properties throughout the Phoenix MSA.
