PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Three land sales, three retail building sales and two office sales totaling almost $8.5 million highlight recent transactions closed by NAI Horizon professionals. Land sales totaled $3.64 million; retail building sales totaled $3 million; and office sales totaled $1.845 million.

Sale Transactions:

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega negotiated the sale of 2.88 acres of land representing the buyer, Queen Creek Fiesta, LLC for $1.8 million. The property is located at NEC of Edison Road and SR 347, Maricopa, AZ. The seller, VP Edison 15, LLC was represented by Brad Douglass with Kidder Mathews.
